The ESL Department provides students with the knowledge necessary for English language acquisition which bridges real life experience and nourishes academic reasoning. Our curriculum aims to move students from a practical foundation to a more complex understanding of the ways in which critical thinking and problem solving support communication and comprehension. This is achieved through engaged and level-appropriate instruction in reading skills development, and oral and written communication.
