It is with great pleasure and excitement that I welcome you to Professional Business College. Education has the power to change lives! Your choice of PBC demonstrates your belief that this is possible. PBC was established to empower students to realize their hopes and dreams of a better life through knowledge and learning. For over twenty years, PBC has been dedicated to serving a multi-cultural population and our Chinatown community. We take seriously our presence and participation within this vital and diverse community. Consequently, who we are, what we believe and what we can achieve are tied to where we are and who we serve.

Our goal is to provide our students with the knowledge and skills necessary to enter into the business world or continue on to advanced levels of education. Our mission is more than just preparing you for a way to make a living, we also want to help you prepare for life.
I believe that everyone, regardless of age or gender, whether or not you completed high school, or when you arrived in this country, deserves access to an education and the opportunity to earn a degree. I am well aware of the obstacles students face – economically and educationally. We at PBC are firmly committed to helping students to not only overcome these obstacles but to dismantle them for all those who come after them. I believe this is a very exciting time to be at PBC. I wish all an exciting and challenging academic journey with us.

Mr. Leon Y. Lee, was presented with the Ellis Island Medal of Honor. The National Ethics Coalition of Organizations (NBCO) is a non-profit organization with strategic alliances that allows us to support a range of diverse programs and to ensure a better future for us all by ensuring that every dollar spent goes to creating a better world. The Ellis Island Medal of Honor pays tribute to distinguished individuals from the many that compose America’s unique cultural mosaic. Every year on Ellis Island, this award is presented to American citizens of diverse origins for their exceptional contributions to their communities.
